Nobody minds talking about it. A few adolescents find the Piddles (Upper Piddle, Middle Piddle, Lower Piddle and Piddletrenthide) amusing but it's great to live in country that has lots of history and no embarrassing president.

A great number places end in Magna or Parva, meaning Great or little, Sheepy magna is my favourite so far.

I played cricket for the rugby club second XI (how bad can it get?). My favorite annual fixture was at Trotters Bottom. Excellent cake and cucumber sandwiches at teatime (yes, this was England at its finest), and their scorer was a feast for my teenage eyes.

Twatts all over Scotland, the UK is full of them.
