HIV treatment CCR5 receptor antagonists
«

I was just thinking about the treatment for HIV and how CCR5 receptor antagonists are administered as a drug to work inside the body by blocking the entry of the HIV to T Helper celss and I was wondering if this might be a more efficient fast working treatment:
1. Take bone marrow tissue from infected patient
2. Synthesise a lot of T Helper cells in lab
3. treat all T-Helper cells with CCR5 receptor antagonists
4. Administer treated T-helper cells into patients blood stream
Then wouldn't there be so many T Helper cells that couldn't be infected by the virus that they could successfully aid the removal of the virus quickly?
Are there many silly problems with this or could it be possible?
