   Hi, Im a female, 32 and working as receptionist. We do not have a lot of walk in customers therefor i do not come in contact with a lot of people. For the past year I been sick every month with the flu for about 2 weeks. I went to the doc few times where she sent me to go for xrays to see my lungs as i could barely breathe. Which came out clear, its not allergy as i get the joint pains, the water runny nose, the headaches, the fatique, the phlegm stuck on my lungs etc. No antibiotic work for me either as she prescribed a couple of it. Even when i had my bike accident, my foot didnt want to heal and they gave me all kinds of antibiotics which did not work at all. The doc tested my sugar and blood pressures and I was normal. Its not that i go out late nights, skinny dip or do things that could make me sick. I am a gamer so walking in malls i do not fancy. i honestly dont know why my body is not fighting the virusses but its fighting the medication. Please help if anyone knows !

Perhaps you should ensure that you regularly get outside, expose yourself to some sunlight, and get some exercise. (The bicycle sounds good, but obviously not so good if you injure your foot!)

Asthma can cause difficulty in breathing & phlegm , ( infection not required ).

If the joint-pain and breathing-difficulties are related, then a systemic autoimmune disease could be the explanation , or consequent systemic vasculitis.
