How do you treat bursitis?
« on: 19/06/2017 09:30:30 »
Elizabeth says:

What treatments are there for bursitis?
I have been having cortisone injections, but the condition is still very painful.

What do you think?

I had an issue with my hip, not sure it was bursitis, but my best guess. Had to take stairs one step at a time, burning pain, lack of mobility,  and I was about ready to go to a Dr. I mentioned it to my chiropractor who I see for regular adjustments of my spine. He did biweekly stuff, pulling on my leg, improving flexibility and suggested exercises, 2 years ago maybe and still pain free. My wife went the Dr. Route, ablated nerves, steroid shots, and she is still miserable, and I am pain free, You decide.
