House of d.i.y fun.

O.k I realised that many people want to do D.i.y. But dont know how to. so rather than them spending ages the first time they fit there kitchen/bathroom/living room ect
Why not take a run down house and let them, with guidance build/fit a room as they want 2(a pratice run). That way they could try the different colours and patterns etc before destroying there own home(from mon-fri).
Then at the weekends you let chavs(teenagers) smash the crap out of it and start again mon.
The adults repair the damage and learn how to do better diy, and the chavs hopfully learn a trade(building). If a chav wants to help rebuild it he/she pays nothing and if an adult whats to smash it they also pay nothing; But the adults pays to learn how to do diy. and the chav pays to smash it up. council run it so they can handel the health and safety.lol

What do you think? It might inspire a few young people.
