Angela asks:
What happens to the calorie content of egg white protein when it is cooked in dry heat (no oil) and cooked until completely brown (crispy through and through)? Does the calorie content change when cooked using this method?

The counting of calories may not be done correctly anyway. Raw versus cooked has to have an effect due to the way proteins are affected.

If you roasted it until it was
black
, it would have fewer calories.
Humans can extract energy from fats, but not from carbon.
