Hi All,
This probably sounds extremely stupid but... can anyone tell me what the difference is between PBS and prereduced PBS? I was hoping to use PBS tablets to make my saline but the protocl said 'prereduced' PBS. I don't understand ... 'prereduced' to what?

This is PBS kept in an anaerobic cabinet overnight to deplete the oxygen in solution. It is usually used when handling anaerobic bacteria.
