How does the GnRH pulse work?
«

I recently moved my attention to the GnRH pulsatility and still cannot make a clear picture in my mind about the basis of this pulsatility. Could anibody explain to me what are the newest clues about this internal clock. Also for the dual effect of E2 on GnRH pulse, is it mostly due to affection of GnRH-receptors or somehow directly on GnRH production by the GnRH neurons. Thanks!
