[Zerkzies (OP)]

My sister has just been diagnosed with wet macular degeneration.  She has been told that there is no cure for this and that it is hereditary.  I have looked it up and there is some indication that vitamins are useful - does anyone know what is the best thing for her to do. She has had a blood vessel burst in her other eye and because it took so long for her hospital appointment it seems that it is now too late to use lazer treatment - so she is gradually loosing her sight.  Very depressing- any ideas would be welcomed,
