Recommended contemporary books on behaviorism to treat anxieties?

I am just about to go back to reading Skinners Science and Human Behavior. I wondered if there are contemporary books covering the specific field of behaviourism as it relates to treating anxiety disorders.
I know CBT has been 'all the rage' for many years but tbh I don't like it. I find the cognitive part superfluous and pseudoscientific. I believe the reason it works is just due to the behaviourism parts and the cognitive parts also get the credit when it is a case of correlation not causation/false attribution.
So I would much rather find contemporary stuff which is only behaviorism based. I noticed they keep changing the name of behaviorism. Last time I looked into the field a few years ago it was called operant conditioning and I think I even read it goes by yet another name now on my reading tonight, something like applied behavior theory. Why do they keep changing names? Confusing.
