I replaced 10 plugg ins around the living room today. Fun stuff. I played guitar. And now my back and neck and fingers really hurt (but oh well). I still got more videos to upload yet. Ugh my upload speed is so slow.

Wow good job on the plug in Young man.. Were you just updating new plugs or were some loose and sloppy in need of replacements? Plug ins are pretty straight forward but I must say I screwed up the first two that were duel switch ..those are two switches on either side of the room which will operate one set of fixtures from either side of the room.. usually used in rooms that have two entrances in...

They were here since we moved in over 10 years ago so yeah decided to change them. Give it a more modern feel (since the other ones were really old ha) and because we just painted the living room. It was a good deal. 10 outlets for 4 dollars. Crazy right?

But I'm defienlty not going to be an electrition. I"ll take my chiropractic job. Ha

Did I tell you about that camera? I told you in the Geek Speak section, but I'm not sure if I did on here. But its in the mail and coming. And the card for it we just go today so it should be coming soon. We need them before we leave for vacation on Sunday.

My fingers feel better, but everything still hurts.

We have another storm coming on later today. We've under a Sereve Thunderstorm Watch right now.

Yeah updating can be time consuming but making sure electrical things are up to date and in good working order in the house is a very good Idea. You should have seen the Hockey wiring in my attack            that my stepfather did.. My wiring consisted of him cutting off lamp cords and splitting the wires in two and and wiring things in the attack like that.. It was a nightmare and I do not know how the house did not burn down! Glad you have completed that chore!

I do believe I have seen your thread but will go look to make sure.. my memory is not at its best right now! Glad everything is on it's way!

Sorry you are still hurting everywhere! Glad fingers are better.. Twisting and rewiring can make your fingers sore for sure!

I got some bad news on Sunday night it was that my Father is still in hospital with mild Pneumonia and has the Oxygen mask also a lot of Anti-biotics.

He is 80 years old and I am very worried partly because I can't visit him. So if I am not on TNS much at the moment this is why.
I can't/won't forget you all X

I wish that I knew more about my Dad and I've never had it but his sister had it badly in December.

Last week I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia and am now on antibiotics. Hope he feels better soon.

Carolyn, I am sorry to hear that and take care.
But this afternoon my Dad has been discharged from hospital and will be on antibiotics for 2 weeks also he'll stay with one of my brothers and his family.

I was out for an evening tonight (Tuesday) and phoned my Dad, he's taking 2 week's course of Antibiotics also on Thursday I will be
going to see him in Manchester, UK and return home the same day
so it's a long day but worth it I hope.
