I prefer those electronic zapper things. Looks a bit like a tennis racket. Wonder how many volts they produce? (Thinks: Could be an interesting experiment)

When I was a lad, I used to kill flies with my air gun. You could get close enough to blast the fly (no pellet inserted) before it flew away. Flies used to disintegrate- wings and legs torn off. Perfect entertainment for a 14 year old.

That's terrible. I would never have done anything like that!

Neither would I ever have loaded my air pistol with tadpoles instead of pellets. Incredible red splat, though!

Oh, so you're saying that it does work!

P.s You mean air gun as in the one shown in MessageID: 272898?

I think SC probably meant this sort of air gun. I know I did.

No. I said I would never do such a terrible thing. But if I had I would have unscrewed the plug at the back of the barrel and instead of inserting a lead pellet such as one of these:

I would insert a small tadpole. About one week old works best. You could then shoot your friend and it would make a realistic blood splat, as if he had been shot with a real gun. Quite a good noise too I seem to remember - I mean imagine. Better than paint balling.  [;)]
