And it won't matter if you go to war over it.
The end should be the same.

That's how it looks today.
We keep on going down the same f^ng road, and the joke Mr Trump and his 'patriots' introduced doesn't help here.

Furthermore it should involve those industrial complexes creating artificial fertilizers. Those fertilizers that still, together with mono plantations, keeps about 50% of the worlds population from starving.

And this is without invoking a major nuclear war, from your 'geopolitics'.

You are living in la la land, and so are your politicians, your military, 'decision makers' and other defenders of the game.
you should wake up before it's too late, but I don't think you will.

In that mean I'm very pessimistic, but I ground it on our history. Ten millenniums of farming practices, inequality and hoarding.

Yeah, a dystopic future, if it comes to be. And for this one I prefer to be wrong.

The British empire may not exist but it has left a lasting imprint on the voting system of India, Canada and the UK, called "  first-past-the-post ".  https://www.fairvote.ca/what-is-first-past-the-post/

In the case of Boris Johnson it meant that  2019 the Conservatives took 56% of those seats on 44% of the vote.

A proportional representation is one in where those seats actually reflects the votes, as in Sweden. But even there it fails to take into consideration those splinter groups that are too small to pass the threshold.

So which system reflects the voters best?
Still Sweden.
=

so which one do you want?

A real democracy though builds on the voters. you vote on questions constantly. How it will work and  what questions you will want to vote on is up to you. I would expect that we will see slightly different implementations of how to do it, differing from country to country. And there is no need for elites, heierarchies and political parties. It doesn't build on that, it builds on you, voting.

That's what makes it so scary for all benefiting from the broken representative democracies we have today.

and it also makes it possible for you to vote directly on local issues, using the same system. No local  politicians and decisionmakers weighting the issue.

It builds on democracy, it builds on you, understanding and accepting a majority vote. Without it, it still will work as far as it comes to a fair representation, but it will make implementations a lot harder. So the real question here is if you want it?

Do you?

It will be one of those 'game changers' I talk about. It will make decisions possible that isn't possible today, reforms of school systems, unemployment systems, there is no limit to it. It's about you..

This kind of stuff is what I consider myself good at. Get to the ground and see where it may be changed. Patterns, I think I'm good at that.

The pattern I see today is already described above. It missed to lift up the question of 'assets' as your International trade breaks down, due to f.ex small arm wars and those other factors coming into play. In its turn directly coupled to your banking system and its following breakdown.

Building a bunker won't solve it. Living of the land won't work.

Putting the blame on Mr Trump solely, for everything that happened in the US makes for a lie. He was not what is called presidential material, but he did represent a lot of the disillusionment and discontent of American voters. And it is still there, surfacing. A new president won't change those facts. He misused that discontent for his own purposes, and his friends, but what lifted him up hasn't gone away. So to pretend that you just need a new plaster to make it disappear won't work.

And this is embarrassing.

" Donald Trump is expected to issue more than 100 presidential pardons on Tuesday, during his final hours in the White House, but appears to have been dissuaded from pardoning himself or members of his family.

White House officials say Trump has privately debated with aides whether he should take the extraordinary step of pardoning himself. Some administration insiders have reportedly warned against it, arguing that it would make Trump look guilty.

On Sunday, Trump met his son-in-law Jared Kushner, daughter Ivanka Trump and senior advisers to thrash out a lengthy list of pardon requests, the Washington Post reported. The meeting took up much of the day. The president was personally engaged with the details of every case, it said.

Some scholars believe a self-pardon would go against the US constitution, since it violates the basic principle that nobody should be able to judge their own case. But the issue has never been tested. "

Democracy?
Naah.
