I agree Carolyn, with the word aint...it is not a true contraction...it bugs me too and makes my skin crawl...ain't that right? a is not? is this the words for that contraction???

Walk Karen in place to get the circulation going...it doesn't matter the speed...but will help with the swollen areas...I have the same thing at times at this job sitting still...so I bounce my legs and move my feet to keep them from swelling...
