We are not going to explain the detailed procedure to create a vacuum here. But we are going to share some tips with you to create a vacuum. Vacuum cleaners create a pressure differential between the interior and the exterior of the home. So if you want to create a vacuum in your home, then you should understand the pressure differential. Generally, all the matter in our universe exerts force on every other matter. So there is a force (-F) between any two portions of matter. As shown in the figure.

Yes, you just have to remove all the air molecules from a chamber or airtight container with a vacuum pump.

AFAIK the pressure is due to ambient air on earth while in space the pressure is so low that many consider it non-existent.

We see no figure.

Nope.  A vacuum cleaner has an electric motor attached to a fan.  The spinning fan has a low pressure and a high pressure side.  The high pressure air is blown out of the vacuum into the house and the low pressure side leads to a hose that sucks in air due to the pressure being lower at the fan inlet than ambient pressure.

No it doesn't,

No there isn't.

Pressure is the force that atoms or molecules impart on a surface.  Pressure will increase if the temperature rises, the volume decreases or the number of molecules is increased.  If 2 areas of different pressure are exposed to each other the pressure will equilibrate by the flow of molecules from the high pressure area to the low pressure area.

No it doesn't,
Well... it does, but gravity is a tiny force.

Only if you stick the pipe out the window.
Otherwise it just creates a pressure differential between one part of the room and another part of the same room.

I don’t understand what your reply has to do with a vacuum cleaner in a room!

I confess. Having stipulated the vacuum pump above, I wanted here to make an answer according to the pressure.

I read his post to say that all matter has a repulsive force (pressure) on other matter.  I was more or less guessing at what his garbled post was trying to say.
