You can easily google it yourself it will pop right up.
Yes I know that, I was interested in your source, but it looks like it doesn't matter.

The same thing happened with the wow signal - they were never able to find it again and you would have to find it again to prove it.
The odds of two star side by side having civilizations at the same time would be a rare occasion and highly  unlikely.

The biggest question about the Wow! signal is about FSPL - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-space_path_loss [nofollow] (Free-space path loss). A signal sent from 1 ly distance (9 461 000 000 000 km), according to the following calculator https://www.everythingrf.com/rf-calculators/free-space-path-loss-calculator [nofollow] gives me signal loss of about 355dB. Assuming no gain for tx and rx. What if the signal was sent from a distance object thousands of light years away? What sort of power must have been used, if the signal loss was greater than 430dB? And what was the power level received here on Earth?

They found a second signal recently coming from Proxima Centauri. The signal has been designated as possible alien transmission and probably another dead end. They are still studying the signal it could of come from behind the planet 100s of light years away or from the planet itself which sits in the habital zone of the star.Still being investigated.
Wouldn't that be something finding life on a planet of the closes star to earth if it did originate from the planet.

WHOA.  I had not heard that.  Well, what was the signal?  I mean, not exactly what was it, but was it like the WOW signal?  I remember the WOW signal was special in that it started relatively weak, powered up and got stronger, then tailed off.  Much like an alien race that was powering up a sender to send a message, then powering it down.  Generally unlike natural sources.  Was this on anything similar?

Thanks!
