I brought this up in a couple of other places. Exactly how far do parental powers go? Specifically if parents are carnivores and their child is a vegetarian or vegan, can they force their child to eat meat? What if it upsets the child? Could that be emotional abuse then?

I'm talking about the laws and the rights parents and children have in places like the US, Canada and western Europe. And the rest of the world too.
