Ryan you don't need any money to make her a card. Tear up some newspaper put it in the blender... add some grass and a tiny amount of glue white glue like Elmers, not to much.. blend it up with a small amount of water.. you can add color if you like a tiny bit to tint the paper .. a paper towel ripped up and blended is quite nice also, but the grass will make the paper a soft green.. then use a window screen or such and pour the paper out evenly on the screen making it big enough for your card. You can stir rose petals or flower petals into the mix after you blend it. anyway allow it to dry on the screen. then gently lift it from the screen and fold it in half and either shape the card with scissors or tear the edges into shape.. Voila a nice card, that you can embellish with lovely glitter or flowers or rhinestones etc..
