Animals have their own language. Certain calls mean danger. Some indicate the presence of food supply. These differ by geographic location. So it shouldn't be surprising that human languages differ. In the case of migrating birds the language differences could be far less. Since humans in the past migrated much more slowly than birds the differences in language persisted.
