Sorry to see that Kev, Hope you recover quickly. Alcohol has a lot to answer for. I know heroine, cocaine and cannabis get all the publicity but in my opinion alcohol is the biggest villain.  The recent introduction of 24 hour opening in the UK is another example of  idiotic laws coming from the Blair government. Only the drinks trade can benefit from it. The NHS picks up the bill.

Kevin, that sucks, but go check out the local cctv footage, you might have the tosser that did it captured on video.

This happened to my son several years back, fracturing his eye socket. He claimed £3.500 off the moron that did it to him.

Oh yes they have the tossers who did it because I managed to restrain them both despite being kicked unconscious I still got the better of them and gave them a bit of a slap! We got the cctv and it is all on there as clear as day, excellent quality!

When they were interviewed the next day all they said was "I was drunk and can't remember any of last night" not very much of a defence. There were several witnesses and they cannot justify what they did. So the little bastards are going to pay for it in court now. They both have previous and are looking at jail time for this.

I made sure that they got a little back as I was defending myself. Desite what they did though I was very fair and even went out of my way to avoid hurting them (because that's the sort of person I am!)

Sorry I haven't been here for a while guys I don't have an internet connection at the moment BT think I owe them £850!!!! muppets! online at the library at the moment, should be reconnected soon.

My wounds have healed but I now have to wear glasses for reading and close up work because for some reason those kicks to my head have caused me to get eye strain really easily. Optometrist said something about the muscles in my right eye but I wasn't really paying attention (I should know better!)

All those who I promised a CD to, can you please hang fire until my internet connection is back up and running?
