It is impossible to get funding/large scale trials/implementation as all the all the funding panels have big pharma stooges on huge cash incentives to promote chemotherapy and stop/kill all alternatives cancer treatments.

This explains why for the last 50 years no advances have occured from the cut,burn,poison methodology of chemotherapy.

Think about it.Every other field reports huge advances weekly,monthly,yearly.


Except cancer treatment.

Every new drug is just another random concoction of toxic chemicals at hugely inflated prices to make vast profits.

And then you say that funding isn't available for clinical trials of non-pharma cancer treatments. Sure this is a small trial but they didn't do it for free.

I also think it's worth pointing out that the lead author (amongst others) works for the company that sells the device, and that at least one of the authors is a shareholder in the company.  If this was the case with a paper detailing sucess of a new pharmaceutical treatment you would shout bias.

As it is, this is an interesting paper that certainly suggests that they could slow (but by no means halt) cancer growth.

No, the foot soldier will simply point out that yesterday NSM was saying that electromagnetic fields caused cancer.


Actually it's quite an interesting idea but I do wonder if it's a statistical fluke; 10 people isn't a lot.

Some people may be interested to know that he platinum based anti cancer drugs like cisplatin were discovered because someone was doing some similar work looking at the effect of electric fields on bacteria back in the 60s. They used platinum electrodes and found that it inhibited the bacterial cell division. Later groups (presumably less well funded) repeated the work but didn't get the same results because they used other electrode materials.
An investigation showed that it was platinum compounds generated by electrolysis which caused the effect.

Oh, BTW, I'd sooner be an establishment footsoldier than be seen trying to support some of the stuff NSM does like this.
