Excellent suggestion ! Yes it would be sensible for her to see a specialist. However the world appears not to be sensible at the moment, and due to corona virus, all the specialists have shut up shop and put them selves into isolation. Doctors, here, are not seeing any none urgent cases since the Corona Virus lock down.

More along the lines of gut bacteria https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/gut-microbiome-and-health . There are too many even more interesting links in the references in this link to post.

It seems RA and many other immune system/health problems are likely triggered by an imbalance in gut bacteria. which is caused by what you eat, or dont eat.
