I have a project about electric traction power electronics evolotion in the last 20 year.could anyone help me with ideeas.what I realy need is the evolution of converters arhitecture and it's realy hard to find anything about this.

Have you thought about some of the individual technologies used for traction control today, and tried to look up the background and history to each technology separately.

Just try making a list of the different ways to control a motor, and try doing a search on the Internet for what is said about the technology and its history.
