Oh boy !!
I detest them soooooooooooo much !!!
Recently....despite my protestations I just had to have two General Anesthetics....
So, how do these Satanic-Knock-Out-Drugs work ?
Is it like sleep but a lot lot deeper ?....and if so ...could a person be kept under for over 24 hours through out their normal sleeping period ?...if so....would their natural time of sleep have an effect on the anesthetic required.....and do people dream whilst under ?
Me ?..I was only out for twenty minutes and I can't remember !

Hi Neil
This thread

, although initially about argon and its potential effects on the voice, has turned into a discussion of general anaesthetic action, and might prove interesting for you.
