I am so curious to know that Is arthritis extreme stage is more pain or anything else could happen.

It is not clear what you are asking. There are numerous causes of joint pain including arthritis, as well as gout. Some are treatable.
The most extreme form of arthritis is
Rheumatoid arthritis
. There are several treatments for the management of rheumatoid arthritis. See the treatment section of Wikipedia, as well as other sites.
Many people suffer from degenerative processes in the knees and hips. Over time, it can lead to both pain, as well as a loss of range of motion (perhaps as part of pain avoidance). If it becomes significantly debilitating, it can be treated with knee and hip replacement, but the surgery should not be taken lightly.

Thank you CliffordK for your answer. My question was "what is the symptoms when any kind of arthritis goes to higher level or what are the consequences of arthritis at the pick point. " So that by seeing a patient we can know that the person is in last stage.
