I didn't know where to put my question, so feel free to move it to the right section What is the best thing to do/eat to feel awake when you have to sleep for few hours or wake up as early as 4 am?please don't say coffee.. it does absolutely nothing to me no matter how caffeinated it can be.. and please exclude exercise, showers and energy drinks.Is it true that the hours of sleep you get before 12am are more satisfying that the hours of sleep you get after 12 am?
