Lucid dreaming
«

Does any body have any experience or knowledge of lucid dreaming? I have been playing with this notion that you can control your dreams. I have come to a point where I realize Im dreaming but as hard as I try I can't remove my self from being an observer. Im thinking that I haven’t actually realized anything, but that because Im trying so hard and thinking so much about being lucid; I dream that I know Im dreaming. ?

I had a dream last night where again I realized I was dreaming and tried to move in a different direction and couldn’t as hard as I tried, I felt as if I was being dragged in the original direction I was going.

Dreaming whilst awake is also known as hallucinating.
You should avoid any psychological technique, or psychoactive substance, which blurs the boundary between sleep and wakefulness, if you whish to avoid being forced to wear a tight-fitting white canvas blazer with buckles up the back.

I've always been one to believe in self-treatment, mind over matter, unless it requires any form of anesthesia.

I have experienced lucid dreaming. It is indeed quite incredible and enables you to go anywhere and do anything.
It was many mnay years ago and I remember hearing about it on the radio and thought I would give it a try. I honestly can not remember the details but I'm sure it was a matter of conditioning yourself before you go to sleep that you are going to have a lucid dream.....there are tons of websites out there..here's two...good luck and sweet dreams.
