earlier in the post someone recommended herbal- remedies. Don't buy from them I have had a horrible experience with them. I saw everyones post about getting the casules and cap m quicks. I ordered back in aug 05 they were on back order so I cancelled the order. They won't give me a refund! Infact they sent out the product just yesterday when I called to see the status of my refund so they took upon themselves to just send them to me. You can buy them at your local herbal store for just about the same price because there shipping is like 6.00 when you add that you can buy it at your local store I believe my store ended up being 1.00 cheaper and i got it that day. So be warned its not a company I would ever buy from again!!!
