Well, obviously it's using some sort of cloaking device to hide inside that cloud, but the device must have been acting up a bit when the pic was taken or we would not be able to see the clear outline of the saucer.

i seriously doubt they need to hide inside a volcanic cloud. Maybe they are examining earth's geology.
Anyway, a lot of the UFO sightings and video tapes I've seen can just be space debris. It is very hard to prove that aliens exist.
