The objective of this article is to investigate whether the new 5G technology has a hand in introducing a new worldwide virus. The Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 is a single strand of RNA virus. It is the virus that causes the disease known as Covid-9. Humans were exposed to SARS-CoV-2 at the fish and meat market place in Wuhan, China. Unlike the Spanish flue, which attack mostly young people, Covid-19 appears to hit elderly people very hard. Once inside the human body, it attach itself to a host cell, using its spike protein, then it penetrate the cell and begin reproducing. Its main target is the respiratory system in a human body.

According to Live Science Scientific Magazine, the Coronavirus did not escape from a laboratory. A group of researchers compared the genome of SARS-CoV-2 with 6 other known Coronaviruses.  They wrote on March 17, 2020 in Nature Medical Journal: “our analysis clearly show that SARS-CoV-2 is not a laboratory construct or a purposefully manipulated virus”. The question that follows is: who is responsible for its appearance?

All living forms on our planet existed for a long time under somewhat constant energy levels. Their whole systems were tuned and resonated with the existing electromagnetic wavelengths on our planet. Suddenly, new electromagnetic waves were transmitted in certain areas exposing all living forms to energies they have never experienced before. A new 5G technology was introduced and installed. The frequencies of the G technology progressed as follows:

Generation         Frequency
1G                         30 KHz
2G                         1.8 GHz
3G                         1.6 – 2.0 GHz
4G                         2.0 – 8.0 GHz
5G                         3.0 – 300 GHz

We note that 5G radio waves are higher frequencies than the previous networks. What is new is that the 5G technology employ millimeter- waves for the first time including microwaves. Since 5G has a limited transmission distance coverage, Cell Antennas are required every 100 to 200 meters. This means antennas should be installed almost on every lighting street pole in a city thus exposing the inhabitants and other living forms to millimeter-wave radiation for the first time.

When Ziad Ghandour was asked whether these new electromagnetic waves affect humans, he replied. “If we accept the body as a bundle of electromagnetic waves then it is affected by invisible electromagnetic waves in the environment. 5G are electromagnetic waves vibrating at relatively high frequencies or alternatively are short waves almost like X-Rays and could have negative effects on our bodies”. I fully agree with Ziad because we are a bio-electromagnetic complex machine. Even our cells have mV potential across their membranes with ports to regulate their voltage by adjusting their quantity of positive and negative ions. The Scientific American Magazine states: “The new 5G network generates radio frequency radiation that can damage DNA and leads to cancer, disrupt cell metabolisms, and lead to diseases through the generation of stress proteins”. In addition, mutations, body deforms, and abnormal growth to living forms happened after Chernobyl disaster (1986), Tunguska Explosion (1908), and after every reversal of Earth’s magnetic field.

There are many articles that deny any effects of 5G networks on humans and other life forms. This is quite understandable because a 100% proof does not exist either way. So what caused Covid-19 if it is not made in laboratories or there is no proof that 5G affects humans?

Wuhan, the center of the new Coronavirus outbreak, was one of the first places with 5G trials. This means all living forms in Wuhan including RNA viruses were exposed to millimeter-wave frequencies. It is well known that RNA virus have a very high mutation rate. They undergo changes in their genome. It is highly probable that 5G electromagnetic waves caused the RNA virus to mutate. There is a large family of single strand RNA viruses which can be found in two living forms in Wuhan that can spread the disease:

Chinese Horseshoe bats
The Chinese bats are the only mammal that can fly. This will allow them to spread the disease over a large area even if only one bat becomes infected. The term used for transmitting the disease from bats to other species is called
“Zoonotic Spillover”.

Human Carriers
About 2% of the population of a city are healthy carriers of CoV virus. Those carriers can spread the disease even if only one becomes infected.

CONCLUSION
Most probably the millimeter-wave frequency of 5G network mutated one of the RNA virus family that already exists in bats or human carries, in Wuhan, to bring the world together.

No, that question isa bit silly.
It ignores the reality that viruses continuously change and adapt.
There does not need to be  any "who" involved.

It makes an unjustified assumption and is  unscientific.

That's a total non sequitur.
It's not the most probable at all.
It's improbable- because there's no mechanism for 5g to cause mutations.
It's unnecessary because mutations happen all the time.

Does it say that the effect happens for plausible exposure levels?

Essentially, there doesn't seem to be anything correct in the whole of the OP.
