For london I would suggest you contact neilep here in the forum... I have insomnia but I am in Northern Ca. USA...Ihope you find your answers and support... Feel free to ask me anything and if I have an answer I will gladly offer one up based on my own experience.

I`ve been going clubbing most of the week and now I have a night life. Can`t fall asleep before 4-5 am. I sleep till about noon. Set the alarm for 10 am, so by not enough slept to go to bed on time. Everything is Ok, but the next day again sleepwalked all night. What to do now? Friends say try <<<SPAM LINK REMOVED>>>. They say it cuts down hard. What will you advise?

I would advise that you don’t try to spam us twice. We also cut down hard - it’s called a ban  :D

Thought I would post an update. In the last few years , since my last entry here, I've had further CBT and mental health therapy. lol. these usually always end up with ME counselling the counselor.
I would love to say there has been some improvement but unfortunately no.  I was featured in a Daily Mail article a couple of years ago. I do these articles and interviews in the hope that it will assist others and ,selfishly ,in the hope that someone reaches out to me.

Anyway, still here plodding along with this Chronic Insomnia since I was 6.

Hi Neilep, this is a very old thread and I have just read the last page of posts- I have no intention of reading through the whole lot. That said, I have a suggestion that in all probability has previously been mentioned but I will try anyway. Have you ever tried counting sheep to address your insomnia problem?

Did I really say that?
