What is the lifecycle of a chicken?

Hi all,

I wanted to know the period for a chick(Baby hen) to grow in to a hen.Please anyone could help me to find out the answer for this question?

Chickens reach sexual maturity at about 17-24 weeks, depending on the breed, strain, nutrition, management etc.
