I was wondering what that chrrrr.. sound was when i  move my hand over a television screen after it's been on for a while. I know it has something to do with electrns but am not quite sure what.. And yes, if u do it with lights turned off, you can actually see those blue current strands too.

So does that mean that a plasma is created above the screen and my hand is moving in a plasma??
