Well, yeah. If you trasfer a load of stuff that was inside you into the toilet pan, that stuff isn't going to be weighing you down on the scales...

"WEll YEAH." HEE HEE HEE! I echo Rosy's reply! LOL! I never weigh before I have excreted in the morning because it usually makes a big difference in the readings! You can weigh before and after however to get a weight on your excrement! LOL LOL! If you do that 2 or three times a day you will see how that adds up. You will loose much of the water content throughout the day in Urine out put, but you need to be constantly replacing that liquid.

As a firm believer in empricial study I just weighed myself....
