Questions about Muscles!

What is the point of having a 6 pack? Is it there for you to look sexier? haha

What does the Deltoid do? I mean mine are purdy big compared to other muscles.

I know what bicepts and tricepts do.

What about cavs. Mine are rather large too. Well compared to the rest of my lower part of my leg. It like sticks out and over. Its purdy weird looking. Andyways does what it do.

And what are the muscles on your forearm? What do they do.

And I think that might be it. Thanks for your time!

Science is continually evolving. Nothing is set in stone. Question everything and everyone. Always consider vested interests as a reason for miss-direction. But most of all explore and find answers that you are comfortable with

Hallo....................echo.......... [;D]

Quote
What does the Deltoid do?

The function of the Deltoid muscle is essentially to move the arm away from the body.

The Anterior head raises it away to the front, the Lateral head up and away to the side and the Posterior head away to the rear.

..... but I'm not really sure you really wanted to know this. If so, then you can find lots more info on different muscle function e.g. here
