improving memory

how could i increase my memory coz all what i study after sometimes i forget everything i mean after a few days. Is there any way i can improve it.

I had a friend once who worked in research at a Veteran's Hospital, and they were working on a memory pill.  That would be awesome.  There are tricks for increasing memory by associative thinking, and also, for us elderly, if we keep our minds active then we don't lose as much memory.  
As far as I know, the drugs they use for Alzheimer's haven't had much effect, so maybe once it's gone, there's no getting it back.
