I used to have both problems going and staying. The machine has helped me to sleep longer periods but I still struggle getting to sleep!

   Ben and Rob soon reached the lobby.
   "Your next objective is to secure two firing control rooms. We really need those guns, don't use any grenades. We need that equipment intact. Commander out." the objective soon appeared under their original one, which was crossed out. They moved through the base, continually having to stop and help friendly forces clear out the rebels in their path. They finally reached the firing controls. They doors were sealed. Fortunatley, the Sarge had just enough rank to open them. It slid open noiselessly. Ben slipped inside. Four rebels had their backs to them, they were working at the computers. Hacking them, Ben realized. Travis snuck up behind one and stabbed him, but the rebel groaned and the others spun to face him, he used the rebel as a shield in front of him. Sarge blasted two with his sniper rifle and Ben and Rob killed two more, with Jack finishing off the last one. Ben picked up one of the hacking devices, but he couldn't understand squat on it. He clipped it to his belt, though, and they proceeded to the next fire control room. These rebels were ready though and they had a tougher time clearing them out. Especially with restrictions on grenades and shredder rounds. They slowly entered the room.
   "All clear." Ben announced and lowered his rifle. Suddenly, a rebel fell out of the vent system and lept at Travis with a knife. Travis drew his own knife and slashed for the rebels neck, but he stopped short and ducked to dodge it. He came up trying to stab Travis under the chin, but Travis rolled backward, then lept in again. Ben raised his gun, but they were too entangled to get a target. There was a cry and blood splattered a nearby screen.

Yeah It really needa to go away. I mean i've been sick for 2 months, it just don't go away. Maybe I needa stay away from kayla for awhile cuz she's been sick for the last 2 months and it don't go away lol

Well you know, you have probably been around others also and a sheer uncovered cough can spread bacteria.. from a long ways off. through the air through clothing lots of things books etc.
