Can I ask if the time slots there are the times in MY time that the person has logged in or the time of the location where the person is ?

I figured I could have asked Dave directly but felt it may be useful for all to know anyway.

I am pretty sure the time is relative to you. One way to find out is to let us know who's stats they are, and ask then to post the same picture...then compare.
