Well Cows moo!
Dogs Bark!
Ducks Quack
Frogs Croak, But then again so do I when I try to sing!!! LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA da da da! LOL
So what exactly is happening inside the frog when he croaks. How are their croaking apparatus's set up?
Do they have any similarities to humans as far as vocal cords go. Do both male and female frogs croak?
Is theirs a romantic language..?
I would appreciate it if someone would croak me some Ribbbbbbbbbeting answers! Hee Hee!

LOL..LOL...Sorry.. I guess I can put you on me list for complaining neighbors.. I like to sing in the morning cause I am rather a happy morning person and a happy night time person as well.. I am generally happy.. LOL Except when me doesn't feel good.
Well I wonder how they croak and what is involved in doing so! Any ideas or guesses or factual explanations?

The croaking that we hear is done by male frogs. Males call mainly for 2 reasons: either to attract females that are ready to mate or to repel other males from a territory.
When calling, a frog forces air from its lungs through the larynx, causing the vocal cords to vibrate and produce the sound. The sound is then amplified by the vocal sacs.
Vocal sacs are pouches of skin beneath the floor of the mouth When calling, a frog keeps nostrils and mouth closed and uses muscles of the body wall and throat to shunt air back and forth between the mouth-sac cavity and the lungs.
