Ryan.... Please try not to feel like that. I know what you are feeling, and sometimes I have felt the same... until someone took my hand... and helped me... yes sometimes it seems life sucks and things couldn't get worse. Try to remember it is a situation...you can change... it won't be forever....Smile... My best freind in the world tells me this is just here and now... it won't be like this forever.... I try every day to hold that close to my heart. I try to hold on to good things and let the bad go.... It will be ok Ryan... you will get through everything... you are wonderful human being with a great heart! You have tons of wonderful experiences left to live and enjoy...think about the bad stuff as apprecation stones on a path to joy and happiness.. they are the bumps in the road we learn from.. the experiences we must have in order to enjoy and appreciate the good sweet times.

I know its hard...some trials are so so hard.. and I have been at rock bottom....RYAN YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT. Talk about it get it out and move on. Think positive.... you all have helped me keep going and hold on....you do the same ok? I wish for you less rocks Ryan......just keep walking!! Hugs.

grades slipping
sometimes sleepless nights
go to school at 7 don't get back til 9
so many things to do for school, extra curriculars, parents
so little time to enjoy myself

Just do the best you can.. Set up a routine block your time organize it.. you will work out a system that works... It will get better.. School years are difficult but you will be ok! Do something relaxing before bed.. but I am not sure what I am the queen of not relaxing!

its wake up, go to school, do extra curriclars (2-4 a night),come home, eat, got to bed. its that simple
