I had a good offline but very busy fulfilling time on Easterday
as well as I have looked through all of my family's old photos/papers and a few medals too. Touching history and memories
at the same time was interesting, educational too.

I'm fine I guess sides it feels like I pulled my cavs and I like couldn't walk for awhile, but they are feeling better.

WellHow is your grandpa getting along? Is he in good health Ryan? I hope so. I am Glad you had good times with him.
I remember My Grandpa Barely as he passed when I was very little, but what I do remember was really great and it was fun times I remember.. I only remember one time that was scary.. We were driving along on the freeway and I was wrapped up in an old wool blanket it the front seat of the car.... It was cold because my Grandpas 55 chevy's heater had gone out.. there was ice on the road and everything was still covered in frost. I was watching the signs go by on out the windows, I was only tall enough to barely see out the window.. craning my neck. Grandpa had the radio on and was taking me to their house for the weekend.... I was leaning on the door and the next thing I knew was that the door flew open and I was rolling and bouncing along banging hard on the ground first on the road and then I ended up over in the grassy area away from the road.. the burrito blanketing had been shredded and my knees and legs were bleeding and a mess. I had a bump on my forehead that was scuffed up badly but the rest of the blanket had protected me from the fall..

My grandpa continued driving down the freeway.. He was clear out of sight.. I don't know how far he drove before he realized I had fallen out... I remember my gran said he went almost home before he came back realizing I had fallen out!. He had been drinking.... I remember crying on the side of the road... I remember cars whizzing by me and people slowed down but kept going.. I think they were unsure what the bundle was that was wadded up off the side of the road.. apparently one lady and her husband realized I was not someones lost garbage or junk and pulled over...LOL.. I was pretty scared but was awful glad when my grandpa came back into site. He turned around when he saw.. but by then There was highway patrol as it was in them days and I was well hugged and checked but still crying with all the strangers! LOL! Its not a horrible memory but an interesting one.. I was so happy to see my Papa!

Ohhh I bet that hurt! But I am glad it feels better!

Yeah. He got like something done with his heart like 5 years back. and just got his hip fixed last year since he fell working outside on a ladder ha.

and track we ran like 5 miles today
