I am ok.... pretty whipped the heat the last couple days done me in.....

 hey Carolyn..one of the doctors diagnoses for me Friday was chronic fatigue syndrome... remember you said your face went numb... and was tingling like when something goes to sleep... the 5octor said this is one of the symptoms and that chronic fatigue can commonly happen to a patient with fibromalgia( sorry spelling). she said I have this on tp of everything else..... do you know anything about it??? Chronic fatigue syndrom that is..?

Yes, along with the fibromyalgia I have chronic fatigue syndrome too!  I HATE IT!  Excercise seems to help me with the CFS.  I try to excercise every morning because it does seem to give me more energy.  I haven't been able to over the last week because I've been really busy and have been ill and I've missed it!  I hope I can get back in the gym tomorrow.

I didn't know that the tingling face was one of the symptoms!  I hadn't heard that, but I'm relieved.  Thanks for passing that info to me.  That makes me feel better.

Sorry you have it too.  How did they tell you to handle it?

 she did not get ound to that yet.. lol.. she said  we will talk next apointment as it may have been overlaping other problems and may be exasperating some of the other problems..may have the other one on top of it all. i have many very touchy areas.. soft tissue areas that hurt very often, and the last year or so just thought I was getting soft and weak. or really tender... just like some spots on my back and arm legs feeling sore and bruised... but no bruise.. so weird...tender is a good description..... I do not know much but I read a little tonight and saw that and wanted to tell you what i read.. I will find the page and give you the link.. it might take me a day or so.. but I will find it.. I think I book marked it ... I hope so anyway.Lol   well at least this can account for the nausea.. achy joints etc.. tons of stuff.. and the blasted walking just feet and feeling wiped out! some days are better thben others.. I have been trying to walk more and stand for longer periods of time.. but man it is horrible... I go before a 2 block walk get sick.. and am than down for two or three days... that on top of everything else is so rotten...

Have a good "scientific" day today. I am still having an interesting time researching my Family's Tree but just recently I have discovered 2 men, who were killed in both World Wars 1 and 2.

I don't know why, it gives me a huge lump in my throat I suppose because they were buried in France and Tripoli, Libya respectively.

I can't decide yet whether I am strong enough to carry on with this research as it's upsetting me so much.
