Ow Headache

You have an owwwwie,,, OHHH sorry Ryan about the headache! Drink some water lots of water that helps eliminate headaches...sometimes breathing into a paper bag would help my bad ones . direct pressure on certain pressure points also helps if you keep the pressure up long enough!
