[ Invalid Attachment ]
It's called a bath !!...people, I am told , fill it with hot water, disrobe, and then get in it !...and they do something called....wosheeng !!...(sorry...not too sure if I've spelled that right).....and they use something called sope ? (again...sp ?)
LOL...I mean ...c'mon ??
Anyway, I have been told that in a lot of cases, one feels tired after enjoying a bath !!
Why ?........any ideas ?

Hot baths can cause your capillaries to dilate, which can cause a drop in blood pressure. I would imagine a cold bath would have the opposite effect.
But then, I am not a bath expert, since I much prefer showers.

Your body must work more to dissipate the heat of the bath. This cause the tiredness. It is why after a sauna Scandinavians take a dip in the snow. It cools the body off rapidly and thus allows the body to recover.

I don't think exact like that you said. I don't think bath may make you feel tired or lazy. However cold water bath is harmful for low blood pressure.

OH I really dislike cold water baths or showers.. luke warm if its super hot..
Usually a warm bath or shower helps my muscles relax and feel less tense... Its similar
to a heating pad for me for tired sore muscles, if you use it long enough. I believe
hot spring(water therapy has been used for many types of muscle injuries as it helps
promote blood circulation etc.....
