What should I do about a blister?
« on: 13/03/2008 21:28:27 »
I was running today, about 5 miles, and well now I've got a darn blister on the bottom of my foot because the darn socks. I have to run 2 miles again tomorrow so what should I cover it with that will make the 2 miles? What could I put on it to make it heal faster?

Thanks Sim [:)]

I don't know if they sell them in the US but in England you can buy blister plasters from outdoor shops (you know, walking, camping, climbing shops.) They have a thick skin like coating. You would definitely be able to run with one on. If you can't find an outdoor shop, try the pharmacy.
