It's just amazing the difference from when you feel you have to through up to after your done.

Now why is it like that?

Yeah, but it only happens when your feeling fine becides that..not when your sick..cuz yeah when i'm sick it stinks..

Well like. In track and soccer and stuff and that's all you do is run and if you even had like a little food it just makes you feel so bad. You know?

I always heard you should eat carbs before running etc.. Why does it make you sick? I am not a runner so I have never done that. But I have a friend who has been a runner for years and I never knew of him throwing up after running. He is a marathon runner.

Luckyy I've thrown up about um 6 times since last year. 5 of them were either track or soccer though. tHe other one was cuz I was spinning on one of them tire things for a long time and then got in a car and drove like 600 miles back home ha.
