Karen thanks I did have even more rest and more sleep watching Wimbledon but it's been raining so no Andy Murray v Rafael Nadal yet and it may have been postponed until tomorrow oh well, British summer weather. I am used it LOL LOL LOL

I had a good weekend offline and I have dealt with some neglected tasks in my home but I had a really good, hard think through personal things and I feel loads better for it.
