Yay!

Yesterday completely stunk. But I went for a 3.5 mile run (ish) and after that everything we great. I felt so amazing. Quiet funny though. Last song I listened to while I was running "Running down a dream by Tom Petty" good song for sure. Woulda been funny if I was listneing to Running with the devil sometime though ha

I've hadda busy day. Had a doctor and a dentist appt. and now i'm off to soccer. see ya

Yes Karen only since I changed ISP companies all I've had is one problem after another and I thought it'd be easier with cable.

It's either a lot of early glitches or I've got a virus which I doubt as I am careful there. Sometimes I wonder what is so great about PCs when they do this not for long

Yes I have been there and really been sad at all the trouble they can pose.. But Like you I love my computer and this site!

Karen thanks and I have defragged the comp, run the anti-spyware, checked the IE's cookies list and the main new ones are from
the new ISP's site or emails addresses. I never had that with BT.

If it goes on then I'll complain big time.

Morning Karen, Ryan, Neil and it's one of those horrible grey
days yet AGAIN but I did have a good time last night when I
went to have my dinner with my father, we had an interesting
chat but loads of laughter too.

By the way, he's fine and came back from his holidays in the Baltics last Wednesday, which he enjoyed apart from the rain.
