Karen thanks but I didn't enjoy the only summery day that has occured in this August because I spent most of the day with
assistance/advice from a friend and my Dad to get the new
Virgin media set top box working.

Only to find out that it is a DUD one so the engineeer is coming on Wednesday morning to replace it and "hopefully" show me how to use it.
