I just woke up after two nights no sleep... its was 2:30 pm... I finally got a few hours this afternoon!

I went to bed at 4 woke up at 8 and took a 4 mile run
And I didn't have any food from aroudn 5 last night until 3 this afternoon..
But I can't talk about what else has happened on here.

Yes .. sorry for not being on... yesterday was rough and not sleeping made my day really terrible on top of just being personally rough....
Today will be better.
Four mile run.. I wish I could run like that! Is your tummy still feeling icky? Is that why you did not eat?

Well yesterday I blew my top a bit.. I went to try to save my yard etc.. the briars are taking over the property with a hold so tight I will never be able to catch it.. The doctor says no to me doing the yard work..LOL.. I can't do but a few minutes anyway.. but Yesterday just made me angry My husband does not want to help with this and is quite content to ignore the thing I cannot do.. I have just managed to start getting a handle on the inside chores.. laundry and kitchen chores.. I do them in small sets as I cannot stay at it for the required amount of time to get it done in one swoop...
I ereally need him to help me but he refuses to do it because I asked for a specific chore to be worked on.. basically the yard!

I fixed the push mower more or less he helped.. but refuses to do the pushing which is extremely difficult for me.. I have been the should yard maintenance for my whole married life but he still refuses to do it in the face of my incapacity and I cannot afford to hire someone so yesterday I spent hours out there pushing the mower through three foot grass and briars over my head to try to make some effort to achieve control of the disastrous yard... My Rhododendrons are being suffocated by briars and poison oak which I have covering my arms and miscellaneous miserable places!

Any way about every 5 to ten minutes I had to lie down in the yard to get my wind back and re boot myself.. I was so hot tired and just not well at all.. I had to stop and he was still in the house with his phones plugged in to an mp 3 player ..

Just really hurt my feelings and all the strain set me back further trying to get myself feeling better.. ended up lying down for hours as I could no longer function properly..

I am better today but still have to go fight the lawn again.. as I have two acres and it is a disaster!.. I can't stand it....and can't sit by and watch it become an Eyesore.. I worked my Tail off for years and by gosh I'll not have it just fall apart because I am...

Eat them raw, freeze the berries, cook them, make a preserve (jam) out of them.
